White Pink NOISETUBE comes from a long line of fine
instrumentation-grade noise sources provided over the years by AVLELEC. The
white noise is digitally synthesized by a random number generator operating with
an extremely long word length to prevent any noticeable repetition. A precision
pinking filter is applied to the white noise to create the pink noise output
that is flat (0.5dB) between 20Hz and 20kHz. Package: The NOISETUBE package was
suggested by our customers who wanted a convenient, pocket-sized way of
injecting a quality noise signal into microphone circuits with no battery
hassles. Since its introduction the White Pink Tube has proven to be nearly
indestructible and never needs batteries. Future improvements might include a
leash to keep the unit from wandering away from its owner. |

The one rack unit AVLELEC 4926 is a unique and versatile two
input by six output distribution amplifier that can be used in either mono or
two channel mode as each of its six outputs can be assigned to either input or
the sum of both inputs. Audio quality is assured by quality components being
used throughout and excellent operating specifications: >114dB dynamic range,
+21dB maximum operating level, 20kHz bandwidth 0.5dB, better than -90dB
crosstalk, less than 0.01% THD. Both inputs and outputs are servo-balanced so
that the I/O circuits cab be unbalanced with no change in gain. |

These new processors combine the advantages of a pair of one-third octave or one
(1) one-sixth octave graphic equalizers, but you only invoke the filters you
need.
Programmed presets can be instantly recalled from a dry contact closure. A
convenient data connector is placed on the front panel and paralleled to the
rear panel. Up to 250 ParaMedics can be daisy-chained and controlled from one
PC. |

Digitally Controlled Graphic Equalizer
The 4700XL and the two channel version, 4700-2XL, are digitally controlled, R-C
active, 28 band, one-third octave graphic equalizers with adjustable high-pass
and low-pass filters and 10 memory presets. They are constructed without front
panel controls for maximum economy and security. All control aspects are handled
by a PC, running Windows 95 and White Windows 2, connected to the equalizers
RS-232 port. |
